CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE
In order to participate at First Fridays, ALL approved vendors must carry a minimum of $1,000,000 liability insurance and are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the City of Columbia and Columbia Main Street Corporation as additional insured. Additionally, the certificate’s “Description of Operations” should state it’s for “First Fridays in Downtown Columbia, TN.” Failure to provide a certificate of insurance results in forfeiture of participation.

OPTION 1: Artisan Crafters & Tradesmen (ACT) Insurance

OPTION 3: Thimble

If you choose this option, please carefully read the instructions to select the correct options and add your additional insureds.
OPTION 4: Your Regular Insurance Provider
Reach out to your regular insurance provider and ask them about getting a Certificate of Insurance for the First Fridays event.
