The First Fridays Phenomenon
Experience the charm of historic downtown Columbia, Tennessee, like a local every First Friday from April to December, 5:00–8:00 PM. This family-friendly event brings the streets alive with live music, food trucks, local vendors, shops open late, and even a mini cruise-in for car enthusiasts.
Jolly Holly Days
Celebrate the season with Jolly Holly Days in Downtown Columbia, featuring four festive events: the November First Fridays Tree Lighting Ceremony, Ice Skating at Riverwalk Park December 1–12, December First Fridays Merry Makers Market, and the 40th Annual Christmas Parade on December 5! We’re also launching a new annual collectible ornament series, beginning with the historic Maury County Courthouse.
Columbia Christmas Parade
The 40th Annual Columbia Christmas Parade will take place on Saturday, December 5th at 6:00 PM, following its traditional route through the heart of Downtown Columbia. The parade begins at the split on West 7th Street, moves toward Columbia Square, and concludes on East 7th Street.
Ice Skating Rink
Get ready to skate into the holiday spirit at the Jolly Holly Days Ice Skating Rink at Riverwalk Park, December 1–12! Enjoy festive fun for the whole family with holiday theme nights, character meet-and-greets, food trucks, crafts, and plenty of magical memories in Downtown Columbia!
